📋 Description

• Identify and research potential clients, including business owners, CEOs, founders, and senior
• Build targeted B2B prospect lists of companies that may benefit from fractional CFO, financial
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify leads based on company profile, business needs, and potential fit for the
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activity, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience with cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,300 - $1,500 per month, depending
