📋 Description

• Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, file review, and
• Conduct comprehensive remote property assessments, reviewing documentation of building assets and
• Enter building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and produce complete reports
• Work with management to review reports for accuracy and communicate with clients
• Collect and analyze client property data, review supporting documentation, and carry out multi-step
• Keep clear, proactive communication with the sales team and clients, and resolve issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum four-year engineering or technical degree
• Mechanical or electrical engineers are the ideal candidates, who have done estimating before
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks with careful attention to
