📋 Description

• Own the timing, coordination, and follow-up for your assigned projects and initiatives, working
• Partner directly with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization of features across
• Design, build, and ship high-quality code at a consistent pace using Ruby on Rails and React, with
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and problem-solving approaches.
• Contribute to and help improve team processes and procedures, supporting a culture of continuous
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) into your daily engineering workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Proven track record operating at a Senior engineer level (or equivalent).
• Comfortable working directly with Product Managers, not just other engineers.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack.
