📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT stakeholders to document
• Design and configure D365 Sales capabilities — leads, opportunities, pipeline, quotes/orders
• Own data migration requirements: lead business-facing migration workshops, define source-to-target
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, evaluating requirements against native D365/Power Platform capabilities
• Define integration requirements between D365 Sales and other platforms (ERP, finance, marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with strong
• Proven track record as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise
• Strong experience gathering data migration requirements and producing source-to-target mapping
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Agile delivery platform
