1st Shift - Loadout Associate

📋 Description

• Load groceries onto delivery trucks per schedule; maximize space; prevent damage.
• Secure loads and unload return items from trailers.
• Clean and organize materials; palletize; recycle materials.
• Maintain the work area and equipment; follow safety regs (PPE, wheel chocks, trailer stand).
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate with supervisors.
• Operate forklift equipment (stand up, cherry picker, rider jack) as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or comfort with working in refrigerated environment (36°F).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
