1st Shift Trainer

📋 Description

• Reports to department manager; assist with training in the home department.
• Conduct on-the-floor training and cross-training for hourly associates.
• Evaluate trainee performance and make recommendations.
• Ensure training documentation is completed properly and timely.
• Act as friendly point-of-contact to support new hires.
• Collaborate on updates or opportunities for training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Experience training peers or groups desirable
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of 5+ people desirable
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Written and verbal communication skills
