Support emotional, social, academic, and character growth of students and families
Provide direct services: individual and group counseling
Conduct crisis intervention as needed
Track counseling schedules and student progress
Coordinate with supervisors, teachers, and staff
Engage families through visits and workshops

🎯 Requirements

LMSW or LCSW preferred
Spanish fluency a plus
Experience in school or with teens/young adults
Knowledge of adolescent development and trauma care
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Commitment to mission-driven school culture
