[2026-2027] Assistant Principal of Student Support

📋 Description

• Lead school student support systems for students with greatest needs
• Design and execute special education, MTSS, and intervention systems
• Coach teachers and support staff; monitor student outcomes
• Collaborate with Principal and regional teams on aligned systems
• Oversee external stakeholders and state compliance for SPED
• Lead MTSS pre-service programs for Tier 2/3 interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Highly Qualified status per PA Department of Education
• 2+ years urban special ed teaching, 1+ year coaching
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Data analysis skills to drive decisions
• Organized, multi-tasking, with growth mindset
