[2026-2027] Bilingual School-Based Therapist (Spanish)

📋 Description

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in school settings.
• Collaborate with staff and families to create trauma-informed environments.
• Deliver therapy within ESS’s trauma-informed model.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in regular meetings.
• Receive ongoing supervision and ESS training.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents facing behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active CA license as ACSW/AMFT/APCC or full licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• School-based or youth mental health experience preferred.
