📋 Description

• Work as part of the culture team to develop a positive, structured, achievement-oriented, and
• Consistently and effectively execute and reinforce school wide culture systems (i.e. entry
• Proactively and positively engage with parents throughout the school year and when there are
• Be highly present and visible during school hours, relentlessly ensuring the school has a strong
• Maintain accurate and thorough student culture data and documentation.
• Support teachers to improve their instructional practice, especially as it relates to issues of
