[2026-2027] Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Leads weekly consultations on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers clinical interventions to support student and family needs.
• Demonstrates competency in Group Therapy, Individual Counseling, and Family Counseling.
• Provides monthly evening Parent Support groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Full clinical license (LMHC/LCSW or LMFT) in the service state.
• Experience training/coaching educators and families.
• Significant knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM).
• Experience collaborating with school districts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation.
