[2026-2027] Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Leads weekly sessions on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers group therapy, individual counseling, and family counseling.
• Provides monthly evening Parent Support groups.
• Coordinates level of care referrals with supervisor.
• Optimizes interdisciplinary teamwork to improve student care.
• Builds relationships with school admins, teachers, staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience treating children/adolescents with behavioral challenges.
• Full clinical license (LMHC/LCSW, LMFT) in the state of service.
• Experience training educators and parents on mental health issues.
• Trauma-attuned modalities (TAM) knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation.
• Experience with school districts; coordinate with administrators.
