[2026-2027] School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges
• Support social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collaborate with school staff and families on trauma-informed care
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS model
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation; attend regular team meetings
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• CA license required (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) or eligible ASW/AMFT/APCC
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred
