[2026-2027] School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to a small group of students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to create safe, trauma-informed environments.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS trauma-informed model.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in regular meetings.
• Engage families through programs and parent support groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years with children/adolescents facing behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active CA license (ASW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Trauma-informed approach; able to coordinate with school staff.
