2026 - AMS - HR Generalist

📋 Description

• First point of contact for employees on HR queries across lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, Workday admin, letters, background checks, and comms.
• Support lifecycle changes including job changes, contracts, visas, sabbaticals.
• Coordinate global mobility and travel admin with regional HR teams.
• Subject matter expert for HR systems; keep information up to date.
• Produce ad-hoc reports from Workday and analytics dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in Generalist HR or Shared Services in fast-paced setting.
• Able to work with stakeholders across multiple regions/offices.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch employment law (UWV).
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS a plus.
• Exposure to visa/immigration/global mobility processes a plus.
