🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master's with 2+ years in Data Science/Statistics (or related fields).
• SQL expertise and scripting for data analysis (Python/R).
• Data pipelines and big data tech (Spark, Hive, Airflow).
• Strong experience in experimental design and causal inference.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with LLM/Agentic flows is a plus.
