• Assist analysis of multi-family and commercial mortgage transactions.
• Learn deal sizing, cash flow analysis, and write deal narratives.
• Review third-party reports and support marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with the team to learn Commercial Finance needs.
• Assist in research, writing, and proofing of marketing materials and loan docs.
• Utilize and maintain databases tracking real estate metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Desire to learn and advance in the Commercial Real Estate sector
• Initiative and drive to contribute and grow
• Basic tech skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
