📋 Description

• Design large-scale recommender systems powering discovery across Roblox surfaces.
• Develop DL models for ranking, retrieval, and personalization (multimodal, LLMs).
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to accelerate innovation.
• Translate research into production systems impacting hundreds of millions of DAU.
• Work from user and product needs to deliver ML solutions that boost engagement.
• Address high-scale ranking and personalization challenges across Roblox.

🎯 Requirements

• Possessing or pursuing a PhD in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in recommender systems, search, information retrieval, or generative models.
• Ability to design personalization systems using advanced attention (sparse/linear).
• Strong research record with publications in top venues (SIGIR, KDD, RecSys, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS).
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or Java; experience building large-scale systems.
