📋 Description

• Serve as case manager for an assigned caseload of students, ensuring the timely implementation
• Design and deliver specially designed instruction aligned to students' IEPs and individual needs
• Regularly assess and track student progress toward IEP goals, adjusting instruction as needed to
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive
• Demonstrate strong understanding of behavior management strategies and interventions.
• Use data-driven decision-making to provide targeted interventions and specialized support.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license with Special Education certification or eligibility and willingness
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in special education or a related
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations, including the Individuals with
• Experience in writing and managing IEPs (preferred).
