📋 Description

• Design and deliver engaging, rigorous, standards-aligned enrichment instruction for students in
• Develop age-appropriate lessons that build students’ content knowledge, skills, creativity
• Differentiate instruction and provide appropriate supports and extensions to ensure students with
• Establish clear learning objectives and use checks for understanding, student work, assessments
• Create a safe, joyful, structured learning environment with clear routines and high expectations
• Implement effective classroom management practices and consistently reinforce school-wide

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license or applying for reciprocity with a valid out-of-state license
• Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and child development (required).
• Proven record of fostering academic success in diverse, underserved communities (preferred).
• Experience in using data to guide instruction and improve student outcomes (preferred).
