📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that align
• Foster scientific inquiry and experimentation in the classroom.
• Regularly assess student progress and use data to inform instruction.
• Maintain an organized and safe laboratory and classroom environment.
• Strong classroom management
• Build relationships with students and families to support academic and personal success.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license with certification in science or in the process of applying for
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field (required).
• Experience teaching high school science (preferred).
• Strong record of helping students succeed academically (preferred).
• Expertise in creating a safe and engaging lab environment (preferred).
• Commitment to KIPP Indy’s mission and vision (required).
