📋 Description

• Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous, standards-aligned enrichment instruction for middle school
• Develop lessons and learning experiences that deepen students' content knowledge and skills while
• Differentiate instruction and provide appropriate supports and extensions to ensure students with
• Establish clear learning objectives and use checks for understanding, student work, assessments
• Create a safe, joyful, structured learning environment that maintains high expectations for student
• Implement effective classroom management practices and consistently reinforce school-wide

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license appropriate to the assigned grade level and/or elective area, or in
• Bachelor's degree in education, the assigned content area, or a related field (required).
• Strong knowledge of the assigned enrichment content area and the ability to translate that
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or relevant instructional experience, preferably at the middle
• Experience designing and delivering engaging instruction that promotes student participation, skill
• Unwavering commitment to KIPP Indy's mission and vision (required).
