📋 Description

• Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned lessons in reading, writing, and literacy
• Incorporate diverse texts and culturally responsive teaching practices
• Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress, analyze data, and adjust
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes discussion, collaboration, and appreciation for
• Set high expectations for student achievement and behavior
• Establish strong communication with families

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license or in process of reciprocity with valid out-of-state license
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in middle school math (preferred)
• Experience using data to inform instruction (preferred)
• Commitment to high expectations and belief that all students can succeed (required)
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement (required)
