📋 Description

• Manage a caseload for students acquiring the English language and provide Direct Services to those
• Provide critical guidance to Lead Teachers to ensure compliance with Individualized Learning Plans
• Provide a variety of Direct Services such as ELD Sheltered, Content Based Instruction, Structured
• Meet with general education teachers to provide strategies, input for Individualized Learning
• Work with General Education teachers to adapt and differentiate weekly lesson plans, assessments
• Identify and screen qualifying multilingual students using the Universal WIDA Screener or W-APT.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Tennessee teaching license with English as a Second Language Pre-K-12 (490) endorsement
• OR proof of enrollment in a job-embedded Educator Preparation Program
• Conferred Bachelor's degree
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
