📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and implement high-quality lesson plans that align with state standards for social
• Utilize engaging strategies to teach historical inquiry, cultural perspectives, and civic
• Regularly assess and track student performance, using data to guide instruction and promote student
• Create and maintain an inclusive, organized, and student-focused classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and the community to support academic success.
• Collaborate with the academic team to execute lessons and contribute to curriculum planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license or in the process of applying for reciprocity with a valid
• Bachelor's degree in education, English, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in ELA (preferred).
• Strong understanding of literacy development and the ability to cultivate a love of reading and
• Pass a criminal background check, as required by law (required).
