📋 Description

• Prepare for accounting and financial management roles through rotational experiences
• Work on a wide range of projects with exposure to different leaders
• Complete separate professional work assignments in finance areas such as Financial Analysis
• Work cross functionally in a matrix environment
• Participate in key training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting with graduation date between December 2026
• Successful completion of at least three accounting courses by graduation, with at least one focused
• Proven communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership experience in school or student organization
• Willingness to relocate outside of Lake County, IL for 1-2 rotations
