📋 Description

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents to keep platforms running smoothly
• Partner with business and IT teams to deliver enhancements and integrations
• Support the improvement of platform performance, scalability, and reliability
• Help track milestones, coordinate teams, and support on-time delivery
• Maintain documentation, support testing and deployment, and follow IT governance requirements
• Assess risk and support cybersecurity and data protection with business, vendor, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or related majors with a
• Graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028
• Must be enrolled in university the semester following your internship and graduate within 1-year
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
• Working knowledge of architecture and how structure and solutions fit together
• Experience with low-code platforms (Pega, OutSystems) and troubleshooting/configuring platforms
