📋 Description

• Through three diverse and challenging 12-month rotations, ODP members gain broad exposure to AbbVie
• Assignment rotations may include opportunities in: Manufacturing, Engineering, and Contract

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in university and completing final year of studies in Chemistry
• Completion of bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
• Minimum of one internship or co-op completed.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills through extracurricular activities, projects, work experience
• Mobility is a key requirement. Program members must complete at least one assignment at a U.S.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
