📋 Description

• Three 12-month rotations across operations functions
• Take responsibility for significant projects in each rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Recently completed or ongoing studies, preferably Master's degree in process engineering, chemical
• At least one internship or comparable practical experience in a production environment
• Very good academic performance, complemented by relevant extracurricular engagement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptability, initiative, innovation, integrity, and
• High level of ambition and clear goal to develop into a leadership role in operations
• Fluent German and English skills
