📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM with clear objectives.
• Plan/adapt units and lessons to build conceptual understanding; align rubrics.
• Use data to drive instruction: analyze daily work and assessments; adjust plans.
• Differentiate and scaffold with diverse strategies; accommodate IEP/504.
• Establish routines and a positive classroom culture; integrate SEL.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback tied to rubrics; maintain grades and makeup systems.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Alignment with KNOS mission and the five core beliefs: Relentlessness, Elevation, Achievement, Community, Hope.
• Contingent upon successful reference check, identity/work authorization, state background check, and teaching experience verification.
• Preferred: 2+ years urban, open-enrollment teaching; demonstrated student achievement growth; state teaching credential.
