📋 Description

• Lead Kindergarten-4th grade; create a positive classroom environment.
• Implement curriculum; assess students; track progress.

• K-2: co-teach with a fellow; shared duties.
• 3-4: lead teacher; department-specific instruction.
• Starting salary for first year: $50,000.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Florida teaching certification or eligibility (K-6 or PK-3)
• At least 1 year teaching with strong student results
• Commitment to inclusive, healthy, empowering community
• Background check via Care Provider Clearinghouse
• Highly preferred: Florida Reading or ESOL endorsement; 2+ years
