• Use data to teach toward mastery of skills
• Collaborate with students, families, and colleagues
• Uphold classroom management techniques
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching to meet objectives
• Participate in school meetings and events

🎯 Requirements

• A belief in every student’s potential
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; transcripts required before start
• State teaching certification completed or in process, where applicable
• Content/Subject matter expertise
• Minimum of two years teaching experience with diverse student backgrounds
• Collaborative attitude towards teaching and learning
