26-27 Kindergarten Teacher

📋 Description

• Teach K-2 in self-contained classrooms (~26 students).
• Create a positive classroom environment; implement curriculum; assess students.
• Collaborate with grade-level team; build relationships with families.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Principal.
• Current model includes K-2 ELA and Math instruction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Florida K-6 Elementary Certification or PK-3 Elementary Certification or eligibility
• At least 1 year of teaching experience with proven achievement
• Commitment to KIPP values: high expectations, growth mindset, teamwork
• Background check required; Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
• Florida Reading Endorsement; ESOL Endorsement; 2+ years teaching (preferred)
