📋 Description

• Lead teacher for one grade level; foster a positive classroom environment.

• K-2 model: self-contained; ~26 students; teach ELA/Math.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• FL teaching certification or eligibility for K-6/PK-3.
• At least 1 year teaching with proven high achievement.
• Uphold KIPP core values: high expectations, growth mindset, teamwork.
• Background check and Care Provider Screening (HB 531).
• Reading Endorsement; ESOL Endorsement; 2+ years teaching.
