• Deliver standards-aligned instruction using HQIM; check understanding daily.
• Plan/adapt units to build conceptual understanding and fluency.
• Use data to drive instruction; analyze assessments and adjust plans.
• Differentiate and scaffold with accommodations for IEP/504.
• Structure independent work, small groups, centers with evidence-based tasks.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate, transparent grades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Alignment with KNOS mission and 5 core beliefs.
• Contingent on reference checks, I-9, background check, and teaching verification.
• At least two years of urban, open enrollment teaching experience.
• Demonstrated success raising student achievement.
• State-issued teaching credential.
