• Collaborate with production leaders to set daily goals and safety briefings.
• Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on-time task completion.
• Enforce quality control and inspect products against standards.
• Adhere to standard processes to support goals and improvements.
• Coordinate with inventory control to replenish stock on the line.
• Foster cross-team communication to resolve delivery issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a refrigerated environment (36°F).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Thrives in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
