2nd Shift Production Lead

📋 Description

• Collaborate with production leaders to share daily goals and safety briefings.
• Delegate tasks and assign staff to ensure on-time completion.
• Enforce quality control and address deviations promptly.
• Identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Proactively communicate with inventory control for stock replenishment.
• Maintain safety standards as directed by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
