📋 Description

• Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, targets, and safety briefings.
• Delegate and assign personnel to ensure on-time task completion.
• Enforce quality control; conduct inspections and address deviations promptly.
• Adhere to standard processes; drive improvements to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with inventory control to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain safety standards as provided by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in refrigerated environments (36°F).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (with/without accommodations).
• HS Diploma or equivalent; bilingual preferred; food industry experience.
