2nd Shift Production Lead-BA

📋 Description

• Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings.
• Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on-time completion of tasks and orders.
• Enforce quality control; conduct inspections to meet standards; address deviations.
• Adhere to standard processes; identify opportunities for improvement; drive best practices.
• Proactively communicate with inventory control to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts.
• Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively.
