📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people or packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC and training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
