📋 Description

• Train new hires using approved materials.
• On-floor training and cross-training for hourly staff.
• Evaluate performance and provide recommendations per training materials.
• Ensure training documentation is completed timely.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for new hires.
• Collaborate on updating training materials and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable.
• Experience training peers desirable.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work overtime and possible weekends.
