3D Artist (5-month contract)

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Project Art Director and Team Leads to execute the visual direction of a
• Creating high-quality hard-surface assets, including props and environmental set pieces.
• Producing clean, efficient 3D models and materials optimized for real-time rendering and gameplay
• Applying established modeling, UV mapping, baking, and physically based rendering (PBR) texturing
• Iterating quickly on concepts, prototypes, and final assets in collaboration with design
• Translating artistic direction and concept art into cohesive, polished, production-ready game

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality 3D environment art assets for video games.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, UV mapping, baking, and PBR texturing workflows.
• Experience creating modular environment assets and implementing them within a game engine.
• Proficiency with Substance tools, particularly Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer.
• Experience collaborating with Art Directors and multidisciplinary development teams.
