3D Environment Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of AAA-quality, game-ready 3D environments and props from brief through final
• Own environment production quality, planning, communication, risk management, and reliable delivery.
• Develop the environment team through clear direction, review, mentoring, and workflow improvement.
• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
• Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide
• Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams
