📋 Description

• Self-manage to create and deliver high-quality 3D assets that meet artistic and technical
• Create low-poly 3D concepts for characters, environments, and props.
• Produce high-quality high-poly assets that align with the art brief, project guidelines, and
• Manage the full 3D production pipeline, including modeling, UV unwrapping, map baking (normal
• Correctly get and update the tasks from Jira and provide clear status updates to the team.
• Deliver art assets that meet the technical requirements defined by the project’s art and technical

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in 3D modeling with a focus on mobile game optimization.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush, as well as
• Understanding of mobile performance constraints, including polygon budgets, texture atlasing, LODs
• Clear awareness of form, silhouette, color, composition, and visual storytelling across stylized
• Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and a willingness to work effectively across
• Take constructive critique positively.
