📋 Description

  • 管理3PL日常沟通、入库/出库/退货与库存调整
  • 跟踪准时发货、准确率、收货周期、丢损及异常关闭
  • 审核仓储、操作与运输账单，发现重复收费或费率偏差
  • 处理旺季容量、承运商延误、海关、丢件与库存差异
  • 维护 SLA 记分卡、问题日志、会议节奏和改善计划

🎯 Requirements

  • 常驻深圳，2年以上3PL、仓储、跨境物流或履约运营经验
  • 能用 Excel/Sheets 对账、分析费用和建立运营看板
  • 沟通直接、跟进强，能推动外部伙伴按时关闭问题
  • 有英语邮件和会议能力
