3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL fulfillment across channels
• Monitor and enforce SLAs and KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipping)
• Optimize outbound fulfillment: picking, packing, carrier selection, speed, cost
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs
• Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels and transfers
• Resolve issues like delayed shipments, mispicks, damaged goods; escalate as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing 3PL providers in a high-volume ecommerce or retail environment
• Strong expertise in warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control
• Deep knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and fulfillment metrics (shipping accuracy, on-time delivery)
• Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
• Proven problem-solving in resolving delays, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies
• Experience leading system integrations or automation initiatives
