3PL Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners, including regular cadence meetings
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for 3PL operational issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Review iFIT open order reports and compare to 3PL workflow dashboards to ensure dwell time accuracy
• Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time; monitor exceptions
• Order pallets for all inbound containers and communicate with 3PL partners regarding incoming
• Define, track, and report on key metrics including fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception
• Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico
