📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using HQIM
• Plan/adapt units and lessons that build conceptual understanding and fluency
• Use data to drive instruction: analyze daily work, interims, and state assessments
• Differentiate and scaffold using diverse strategies
• Provide timely, actionable feedback tied to rubrics
• Design/implement common assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Personal affinity to KIPP's mission and vision and commitment to 5 core beliefs
• Pass professional reference check, proof of identity and work authorization, state background
• Currently authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred: At least two years of teaching experience in urban, open enrollment schools
• Preferred: Demonstrated success raising student achievement outcomes
