• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Strong problem-solving and motivation
• Approachable, friendly, and professional
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, multitasker in a fast-paced environment
