Shift: 3rd shift, 8:00pm-4:30am
Leads maintenance team to complete repairs safely and on time
Trains team on troubleshooting and proper repair techniques
Uses CMMS to order parts, complete work orders, and plan tasks
Maintains neat, safe work area using Lean manufacturing techniques
Inspects work and tracks training time and materials

🎯 Requirements

CMMS proficiency for ordering parts and work orders
Electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair
Lean Manufacturing techniques for safety and efficiency
GMP and HSE compliance in manufacturing
Lockout-Tagout procedures and safety training
Team leadership and training of maintenance staff
